Also have Tesla (Model 3), I love the touch screen, but still would prefer physical control elements for heating/cooling/air flow control, and maybe also one to play next song. Basically what I use the most.

Very cool, I also developed this idea with Zima weather dashboard (https://zima.farawaytech.com)
There is also sunset/sunrise, and different weather types

You can also specify lat/lon query parameters to open weather for a particular place

Okay, but then I have the same question: how do you give equity in a fair way? Is it some formula of who came earlier or it depends on current company valuation?

I would say individual, but then again it's a question of what is more fair -- individual bonuses, or team bonuses.

I've been learning French and German throughout the last years, and I tried different setups. I came to the conclusion that apps like duolingo lack a consistent (or any) narrative, following a set of characters that interact with each other and the world. A good example for German is Deutsche Welle: https://learngerman.dw.com/en/overview
I've recently written more on the topic in my post on linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/why-duolingo-bad-way-learn-la...
