There might be more to the equation but it does give an interesting perspective..

Everything does boil back up to delivery so I guess it makes sense to use it as a core metric.

Bring questions, not conclusions is an interesting take. I usually like to bring solutions to my team but it makes sense that we should try to work through problems together.

Coming in hot with solutions might actually be a turn off..
