If you speak German or French fluently and the other language okayish and are willing to work in Luxembourg in the Ministry of Education, let me know. IMHO one of the best salaries in Europe after taxes. Working language is English.

I once alerted our admins because the voicemail of my boss got auto-transcribed so badly that it read like a horribly written spam mail sent from her email address.

It mixed French, English, Japanese and Hindi in maybe 3 lines of text and the French and English parts had a subtle erotic touch to them

Production speed scaling due to hatches.

If you want 6 carriers at the same time, build 6 starports.

If you want 6 ultralisks or 6 mutas at the same time, build 2 hatches (which you already have)

One consequence of this is that changing army composition as Z is very easy.

This ignores the fact that there are also things that China does better or equal than Western companies. Like robots, solar panels, electric cars (?), AI models, electronics.

They must be good at something, otherwise China wouldn't be where it is.

So flat out dismissing anything from China is not enough of an argument.

Mind you, I'm not saying you're generally wrong, just your "generally" is wrong. ;-)

I think my main issue is that the spectrum goes from

entire melon -> salad -> slush? -> beverage

with decreasing side length of the cut pieces.

So both the fixed structure from your definition (" Salads are dishes without a fixed structure") and solid/liquid definition don't feel really tangible to me. YMMV

To stay with your analogy, there is no technical obstacle to treating the customer of 15 years differently to the newly onboarded one.

They have all the data they need, and they choose not to use it.

Found this, source: https://fightchatcontrol.eu/

On 7 July, MEPs voted 331–303 to fast-track the return of Chat Control 1.0 mass scanning. A binding vote follows Thursday, 9 July, where an absolute majority of 361 MEPs is needed to stop it. Take action now to demand they defend your private messages.

"Yes" means stop control, because it's a "proposition de rejet" we're looking at. rejet = reject. Parties in favor of chat control were:

- European People’s Party and

- Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats.

Countries in favor of chat control were:

Spain, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Hungary, Portugal, Greece, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Cyprus

If you look at the initial vote from July 7, there are a few countries who actually wanted to make it an "urgent decision" (other than the countries above):

France, Czechia, Finland, Croatia, Luxembourg

I'm on my cell phone and I couldn't figure out what diseases can be treated on the site. I'd say it's donor focused and not patient focused

Are you saying Microsoft ever paid damages for problems with Windows (e.g. a non-bootable computer after an OS update)?

I think they didn't, so I don't see why them having the responsibility matters.

There is a kind of naiveté, also at EU level, where people think that once it's a law, bad actors will just fold.

They minds are somehow unable to comprehend that only the good actors will fold and only bad actors will be left.

Other examples are: Firearms possession, supply chain law regarding human rights and child labor.
