MCPorter is a critical utility developed by Peter Steinberger that acts as a bridge for OpenClaw to support the Model Context Protocol (MCP), allowing AI agents to connect to external tools. It enables OpenClaw to maintain a lightweight core while integrating MCP servers for tool discovery, CLI generation, and OAuth management. For more information, visit MCPorter's GitHub repository - https://github.com/steipete/mcporter
