Oregon has lidar coverage for about 99% of the state (DOGAMI / Oregon Lidar Consortium, plus USGS 3DEP). That makes it possible to model winter sunlight on a specific property, including terrain shadows from ridges up to ~2 miles away.

To try it: Terrain tools > Sunlight, then draw an area.

Geo Hound spots the map services on a page as you browse, then lets you map, query, and analyse them right in your browser. No DevTools. No desktop GIS required.
