Look up the capabilities of GBU-28 and other Bunker Busters first.

That is not what I have heard.

AFAIK those with protected addresses has not had their address compromised. But ID and name still is.

And with the rest exposed it is now trivial to see what adresses are "interesting".

I used to agree.

But since then I have experienced how scared mugglers get when they get a threatning mail with the only legitimacy of naming and old leaked password.

This will be easy to exploit on a scale.

Scammers used to prey on the weakest hence the many Nigerian Princes. But as they get more sophisticated and move up the chain they start to look more and more legitimate.

For those not getting the scope of this. The following has been compromised for all living danish citizens and foreign nationals which have had recidence. And quite a few dead ones as well.

- Social security number

- Age

- Sex

- Family relations

- Physical address

- Protected addresses

- Sex change

This is a country with quite good health records. Unfortunately also previous problems with proper non-reversible anonymisation of said data when used for research.

This is were security meets the real world. The number is not secret but people have been taught to keep it confidential. And when you know the last 4 digits social engineering har become a lot easier.

I thought I "knew" this but this T-Shirt video let me down the rabbit hole: https://youtu.be/CMoZjcpgivM

Which means I now feel obligated to recommend:

https://youtube.com/@shiftfashiongroup

Both have great videos on garment quality. But with the inevitable caveat that they are in the business themselves. I take it as an insiders perspective and watch out for content marketing (while being tainted!).

It seems to be easier to find better clothes if you are a bit of a hipster type. Those kind of stores still care for quality. My friend has such a shop and tells me that even for them it gets harder to source good vendors as it is a continuous race to the bottom.

But it does! (Or did)

The first theatrical release had a drab narration by Harrison Ford. At places it makes it sound like a cheap film noir detective story.

The Directors Cut is the unbutchered version.

Maybe 4D chess by Ridley Scott. Most had seen the optimized version first and was prepared for the magic which is the recut version ;-)

I have the opposite feeling with Apocalypse Now. The Redux version killed the pacing and explained too much. The added scenes are by themselves worthwhile (and explains later actions) but makes the complete movie a bit heavy handed.

By comparison Blade Runner feels more ethereal even though the both cover dark subjects of human nature.

Unsure if you are saying there is no collective responsibility or think it is time to bring out the pitchforks?

So morals are good at a certain pay level?

Thank god I am just a minion who now can go home worry free. Yay!

Not quite. That would just be boiling the frog.

It is an important fight for our future with our tech overlords. But sure - some will be happy owning nothing.

This is really one of those "First They Came" moments.

Unfortunately convenience trumps all. So for many "its just a cookie".
