Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan «press on» has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race. Hi HN, I’m Sergey. I built this because phone calls are still a terrible way to transfer exact strings: names, booking codes, emails, policy numbers. “B as in Boy or D as in David?” costs time, and a single wrong letter means a failed lookup later. Sending that information via whatsapp, telegram or whatever else, you don't know where it ends up.

How it works: the agent creates a scratchpad link while on the call and texts or reads it to the customer. The customer opens it on their phone (no install, no account) and types the value or uploads a photo, and the agent sees it live. Scratchpads are hard-deleted after 24 hours.

It’s meant for call-center agents, and the same link works if the “agent” is an AI voice agent. Speech-to-text is especially bad at letters and codes, which is part of why I think this matters more now.

It’s free to sign up and use.

I’d love feedback, especially on the cases where this wouldn’t work.

I totally agree. Therefore, comparing to other tools, it doesn't require access. Agent have their own email address and phone number. You can send them, forward, cc. Basically, involve them only when necessary. We are currently using Anthropic models but might allow BBYOM as a possibility.

It’s not a lack of talent that slows teams down, but invisible mismatches in effort norms, communication standards, and definitions of ownership.
