Sent to them to render the preview pane. Same as pasting secrets anywhere on a browser.
Wait until you find out copying content on a computer might sent it over Wi-Fi/Bluetooth for sharing on other devices.

A lot of people buy CS2 community servers to use a WeaponPaints addon which allows anyone in the server to use any skin.
I’d say 90% of ours have it enabled.
They used to ban accounts but I don’t think they have (on community servers) since it went F2P.

Words are tokens so it can't really 'see' the word(s), it just knows how to link them.

Will be very similar to this type of abuse report someone got on their Hetzner server (even though it had no piracy activity);

If the location (USA) is key, then fair enough but if not, just buy one of their dedicated servers and get unlimited[1] traffic.
Only outgoing external traffic is counted.
