I think 1.3m is the lowest point of the arch on the left and right rather than the middle of the arch, probably the arch would get up to 1.5 or so

I’d also be interested if people could add if being on call is (a) voluntary, or (b) required on their team.

Also, it’d be good to know if on call comes with additional compensation?

You're close, but that first endpoint is just to retrieve the auth URL, no need to post anything to it. It then passes the seed and password to the returned URL, so: "http://35.246.158.51:8070/auth/v2" gets '{"Seed": "xxx", "Password": "xxx"}' of some kind

I haven't yet figured out what those are though...

See:

  Future<Token> login(String seed, String password) {
    var headers = new Map<String,String>();
      return _netUtil.get(LOGIN_URL, headers:headers).then((dynamic authUrl) {
      try {
        if (authUrl == null) {
          return Future<Token>.sync(() => new Token("", false, 0));
        }
        var loginUrl = BASE_URL + AuthURL.map(json.decode(authUrl.body)).url;

Having no Apple store in the republic has always been a bit of a pain! I've had to travel to Belfast to get some things sorted at the store there.

Ridiculously impressive and extremely hard to shield against, baring using your computer in a faraday cage.

Thinking about it, is there any way to vary the electricity consumption of the computer as to transmit that way if it was in such a cage?

Not sure how it is in the USA, but unmetered data plans do exist - here in Ireland it's the equivalent of ~$27 for unmetered 4G data (with a certain limited number of calls and texts included)

This is quite an intriguing move by Stripe, and I assume they'll provide a similar service to Neo&Bee, where merchants will be completely shielded from the price volatility in Bitcoin. It would be interesting if Stripe adds this Bitcoin support to the Stripe Checkout by default, being one of the first mainstream deployment of Bitcoin payments. It might also allow them to reduce fees, which have been largely set by the large card processors so far.

[Edit: Fixed bad grammar]
