98% of the iPhones that have been made already, not 98% of iPhones currently being made. So the percentage is probably somewhat lower as of present.

I just comment out the old code while working on the new version. Surprised this isn't the obvious answer.

Yeah that was a bit silly, even saying something as basic as PowerPoint or Excel would have been better.
