1. Can I package it inside a swift app? 2. Can I scale it decent rally using a network of peer-to-peer nodes?

I think you're being sarcastic. I think for me the more interesting bit is that there are 2 parts to creating something. Generation and Curation, I think this story goes to show that Llms will do the same thing to writing . Humans will become curators and AI will take care of low level generation. I can imagine a lot of things, but putting them in words is something that I'm not good at. Now thanks to Llms I can also put my thoughts out there.

I shall definitely try this 'avoid turgid prose', 'make the plot interesting.
