You are neither funny, nor well informed.

The eloquence of numbers is pitiless; thanks for summing them up. There are players filing for IPOs who don't want to lose appeal while contrasted to open-weight counterparts, which can be run on prems, or accessed as a service offered for a bargain.

Or, are we witnessing reverse-benchmaxxing? Meaning that first some entities let players optimise for a given benchmark, then they update the measurement methodology so as to retain some players on the top ranks, while dropping others. As former Italian prime minister, and highly controversial public figure, Giulio Andreotti once remarked "Thinking the worst is a sin, but you’re often right."

It doesn't work very well, in my experience. I have entered my hometown, which happens to have a Wikipedia entry. Local Wikipedia listed nearby entries, but omitted the Wikipedia page of the town itself, alongside other Wikipedia entries related to the same place. So, I tried looking up a nearby town, and see whether the pages related to my hometown would eventually show up, but they didn't. The pages involved have the coordinates populated.

It is not enough banning ads; it is necessary to outlaw the profiling to take place in the first place. In fact, today's profiling remains a viable business regardless of any ads placed downstream, because bulk data gets routinely purchased for surveillance purposes.

While they describe how GDP is shared between workers and capital in the three reference scenarios, they don't offer political economy ideas about how wealth redistribution shall be rethought, and the role of the State, if any. If a share of knowledge workers are about to be driven out of market, the real consequences of this deserves deeper reflection.

It would be good if they could, but the U.S. never consented to the court's authority, and the U.S. government maintains that the ICC has no jurisdiction over American citizens or personnel. We are living a multi-tier world, where there are entities that can be held accountable, and others not so.
