Formal education has more than just an instructive role. In fact, it's everything but the instruction. Reciting content to learners doesnt necessarily help them learn.
Teaching should turn into conveyance of taste. The teacher should help figure out what needs to be examined and how to examine; help figure out ways to close the gap between the textbook and reality. AI can't do those things well yet, and perhaps it never will be able to.

An outliner would be a good way to represent this info: something like Workflowy, Org mode, Ravel or Dynalist. You get nested bullet points that you can collapse.
