There is no info on how it works! It looks more like a marketing stunt!
How the key is generated, where it is stored, and which encryption is used.

I've been using it for years. While I use it often, I resort to using the mouse, esp. because many interfaces require a lot of clicks and hidden and hover-based UIs.
Maybe one day, I'll be to master this extension for all things, but it's hard for me naturally remember to use it.
PS: I'm a moderate level user of Vim and use it for adhoc things.

Faced with similar issues, I maintain a python library called python-usernames[1] with list of closed to 400 reserved words[2].
Publishing this as a library helps a lot collecting the wordlist over time and be able to use the same list in all my projects.
