Good news @Sfi81, there are some tools for this. If you want to plan ahead and do that in detail or just sketch around with freehand drawings you have the ultimate zoomable whiteboard at your service which works in every browser. Give it a try at https://ziteboard.com Let me know if you need help with it.

What do you think about this one? One of the early ones. https://ziteboard.com

https://ziteboard.com was one of the first web-apps. Whether it's a good example or not - you decide.

It looks alright. I suggest you look into minicrm's work since they expand very well. What kind of customer interviews have you done in these 2 years?

Puffyrice, sure thing. It's already tested and will be published in the coming weeks. Check this unlisted video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9FHN7jxDJN8

Whatever it will end up in I hope you'll get to a common understanding of communication principles and obvious signs of tasks to be dealt with. For us (team of 9) a 'relay race' worked the best so several calls had been made between who were awake and we used a shared platform to discuss, annotate and see through the order together with the client.

Hmm, that's interesting. Could you give specifics (browser, ios x.y.z). Out of 140 tests none resulted in error on iphones. Thanks.

This looks great! Let me know if you're open for a skype to see whether there's a possibility to collaborate.

We're on it, so you'll have alternatives quite soon. What order would you suggest for login, like: email, twitter, fb, G+ ? What's the most painless login option for you?
