Unfortunately it can't be avoided. I've always asked the question and most will say they work alone but then proceed to have team members do the work. It can become a big waste of time.

I completed the Adwords videos on Lynda.com. Very comprehensive. Actually probably went through all the videos twice to make sure I understood it fully.

Bezos must have still been playing checkers when he bought into Living Social. :)

Every time I upgrade I lose email functionality. Anyone having the same problem?
