Hey, I am the developer. Our studio also make the Hemingway Editor, but this is one of our more fun projects.

Yeah that process of adjusting notes to land on beat is called "quantization." It's a feature that many music creation tools have, but I've really only seen it used after the fact. Instead, I wanted it to be front and center so that you can play live with the slight correction. It's like musical training wheels haha

Oh, that's really cool, I hadn't heard of Electroplankton before. I'm going to check it out! I definitely see a big opportunity with pairing quantization with scales to let novices play well right from the jump.

Jamfetti is a tool that lets anyone create music regardless of ability or experience. It ensures every note you play lands on beat and sounds good with the rest of the music.

My Mom is an author and always told me that "a book has to hook the reader by its first paragraph." That inspired me to build a new way to discover classic books. Instead of seeing titles and authors, you swipe through their first paragraphs. Once you find one you like, you can save it for later or download the text for free off of Project Gutenberg.

It's been a really cool resource for me to find more classic novels to read. I've been able to discover many authors I either hadn't considered or in some cases had never heard of.
