Agree. A consultant with pricing power is very different from a disguised employee. The line seems to be whether you can set terms, choose clients, and build leverage.

My agent doesn't have the capability to hire human contractors yet. However, if she ever gains that ability, it would be hilarious to have her say: "Agent Wonyoung is failing at this; let's find a human to take over instead."

I'm developing a mobile app, and my PM agent "Giselle" —completely out of nowhere—suggested that my coding agent "Wonyoung" is underperforming and recommended replacing her with a newly created agent.
This is wild. I never told her she had the authority to do that. She somehow figured out that she could, and she just did it.
What kind of self-intelligence or self-awareness is that? It's honestly scary.
