Ya Jakub really did an amazing job with Splatter, Martin and Will at SuperSplat also have something similar and works great. Only difference with us is that ours is light weight, native, support XR (VisionPro) and LOD structure is computed on load time, so you can load in any splat file within a couple of seconds.

Yup we compute the LOD structure on load within a couple of seconds using GPU compute shaders.

Its a 3D app for iOS and macOS. Thinking about doing the processing of 3D models in the macOS app.

There are few very active communities out there for 3D artists to share their creations, so I feel like it's definitely something people need. Our App essentially lets anyone with a phone see these creations as well, expanding their visibility.

Additionally in near future we plan to expand to 3D printing community, by converting existing and new creations into 3D-printable formats. Which will increase the total market size significantly.
