Here is an example: my wife purchased a drink product and the product she received tastes strongly of chemicals to her. She has no way to know if that is because the company made a mistake. Do you think it is her responsibility to throw away money when she cannot consume a product that tastes of chemicals? “Too bad you don’t like the taste, you shouldn’t have tried us, pick a different brand next time!” Don’t think I’d be interested in being a customer of a company that agrees with you.
