Do you mean "how to turn it ON"? It should be off by default, just look at the replies you're getting by people that are seriously considering not using HA because of this. Is it worth it? It doesn't matter if it's secure by your standards, what matters is that it gives people the security "ick" and will then second-guess every other security decision in the rest of the software. That matters.
