Run (as Administrator) in a terminal

  reg.exe add "HKCU\Software\Classes\CLSID\{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}\InprocServer32" /f /ve

Should restore the old right click menu (it did last time I used it at any rate).

So much of windows 11 configuration is removing things you never asked for and putting things back.
