I understand the frustrations with questions unrelated to the job you'll be performing, such as asking about balancing b-trees when you're applying to make frontend CRUD apps.
But trick questions bother me so much more. This one in particular is something you'll probably encounter if you do frontend development in a functional style for long enough, but it's still a trick question at heart.
