If someone calls from the bank, take their name and purpose for calling, hang up and call the bank yourself.

Why are anonymised IP addresses still considered "Personal Data"? Is it because Google is doing the anonymisation?

This is opportunistic at best and a bad idea for the internet long term. Shame Microsoft is encouraging this only to gain market share.
