AI transforming knowledge work isn't inevitable. It takes smart, resourceful people who can go beyond pure engineering to understand real problems and build product experiences that bridge the gap between cutting-edge tools and the workflows people actually use.

We're specifically looking for a strong frontend engineer who thrives at the intersection of product, design, and customer feedback, someone who can move fast, iterate independently, and make the right tradeoffs between different competing needs.

We're reimagining what mortgage underwriting looks in a world where engineers and operators gain leverage through the use of modern agentic AI. We're at the forefront of using AI tools to hack our own workflow, but also to build automation and tools for our clients.

We currently work with 8 of the top 20 mortgage lenders in the country. NewRez lending, a publicly-traded, top-5 lender recently selected us to be a cornerstone of their AI underwriting strategy, calling this out on their last quarterly earnings call.

We have three open roles:

- Engineer - Hybrid SFO I'm looking for an junior-to-senior software engineer to work with me (CTO) directly. Our systems process millions of pages of documents a month for the mortgage industry. We work with some of the largest lenders in the country and are at the forefront of applying LLMs and other multi-modal models in this industry.

New-grad and junior engineers particularly encouraged to apply. Looking for people who are motivated to write good code with a good mix of practicality and aesthetics.

- SRE - US Remote (SFO or Seattle preferred) - This is a broad role on the platform team including AWS infra w/terraform, software engineering, and IT

- Analytics Engineer - US Remote (SFO or Seattle preferred) - Another broad role that includes managing the data warehouse, building durable and ad-hoc reports in sql and python, and doing deep analysis.
