I’m not sure what people are doing with these subscriptions to feel the need to monitor what’s going on this closely. A $100 OpenAI subscription feels effectively infinite for my usage at home

Companies don't want it to be easy to cross shop their competition, the whole premise of Amazon is that it's so easy and simple you don't even check the competition. AI agents are leveling the playing field and helping customers find the best deals, so of course they're being banned

The entire selling point of McDonald's was consistently mediocre affordable food. Throwing in some "AI" pricing doesn't change the fundamentals of their products. I don't think this will be what corrects their downward spiral

A more cynical view is, trust us we've got really good stuff internally you're not allowed to see, but give us more money
