I didn't find anything with the-rule url or logo color, I suspect they indicate the hyperlinks

I already looked at everything on the home page. I also identified that the 3 phrases are names of music books and film, as well as one of the items in the guidence

Does anybody have a hint for level 39? 2 days on it and nothing...
