The infographics show is a shameless slop tumbler. I doubt they even come up with their own content ideas. I need some sort of submission ban list for HN.

Esp. the "spending is out of control with both parties" fiscal take is quite wrong.

The one question both-siders never ask: which party has more momentum or internal turmoil to cut off the spineless corrupted opportunists. Pretty easy answer to that one...

There is one valuable distinction to be made, ideas. There are only so many ways to grow potatos, IT in comparison offers unbound(?) possibilities. The current projects we see are more showcases than original content, like remixes in the cassette era. Replication looses its value.

None of the other languages are as strict as rust is. With eager clippy and cargo lints and software design as close to the type system as possible, LLMs have tight guard rails to land on point.

Well, letting the humanist rehabilitation part aside, there is that social aspect of a sanctioning instance to prisons. Expectations of sanctions do drive human behavior.

Was it a privately owned prison? How much freedom do private prisons have to turn opaque for inspectors?

You cannot compare these eras, where one offers a zeitgeist of scientific progress and opportunity and the other of global scale problems met with ignorance and stagnation.

The tides will turn in china, once that positive notion gets suffocated by misaligned elites.
