It's not about quality, but more about processes, for example we handle EU, US personal, financial data etc, we have strict rules about it (company rules, and gov ones), and there is no place for chinese model here.

Most of sp500 companies are never going to use chinese models.

A classic race to the bottom. Both sides have bad actors, and that's why we can't have nice things.

Seriously, why?

I learned a lot working with LLMs and successfully delivering ambitious projects I wouldn't even have approached before. However, whatever I learned with LLMs, I successfully forgot almost immediately.
