This week, there was two different settlement close to $800K related to someone posting and getting arrested about what charlie kirk said.

This woman shouldn't settle for anything less.

I agree, specially for simple apps. it's much easier to upgrade if you are not relying on 3rd party or NPM's. Don't have to worry about code injections.

I have these two https://reddit.premii.com and https://hn.premii.com/ both works without any changes. Reddit will stop working once they kill the apis but until then it will work.

One of the benefits of using the browser is that the generated PDF will be using vectors/fonts etc whereas Canvas will be mostly an image in the PDF. Not a big deal for the most use cases.

Well, you can use .pdfp to print it on Windows.

You will need adobe acrobat (free). This is a very old trick but still works on Windows 10. We use it with the latest edge.

I do wish that the browser had a special direct printing option.

I have FD in an Indian bank, and I lost the receipt/certificate they gave me. It's going to be a month-long process to get my money back.

In America, it's not like Indian bureaucracy levels of insane slowness.

I couldn't find a single library that can reliably scan PDF417 barcodes.

.pdfp extension adobe acrobat configured to auto print pdfp extension

I don't think there is any free/open option to scan from scanner.

The other option is to use puppeteer to print directly.

Let me know, if you figure it out.

I m that cynical boomer.

I use mostly apps like Whatsapp, and garage door opener.

Can't use banks apps as you can only login to one account.

Everything I do is on the browser. https://hn.premii.com & https://reddit.premii.com - almost 10 years old, it still works. No need to update the framework or need someone's approval.
