You use WSUS to control your updates and GPO's to control most everything else. It's not hard.

I work in k-12 and let me stop you right there. If you want to change a society then you better start with the parents and not rely on the school to raise your child.

Inmates can choose to do this. Considering that, I don't have a problem with this at all.
