If you use sysctl to disable mptcp, you need to do that again after each reboot.

Welcome to corporate drivel. That memo says next to nothing. I wouldn't be surprised if it had been written by some LLM. "Write it in a grand style, like Kennedy's moon speech, but don't scare the share holders."

Is there any security in internet traffic that isn't obscurity? It all boils down to private keys.

Idk which period you're referring to, but for a long time, the Politburo was nothing but Stalin's mouth piece, as was the Central Committee and the rest of the Party, ad they ruled through very hard repression. That puts a long-lasting kind of mark on a society that you can't engineer yourself out of. So I'd argue it's not much of an argument.

The elephant in the room: I didn't check the other mammoths, but e.g. Amazon has 4.4% of all ipv4 addresses.

There seem to be two paths for the Mac: integration, aka subject to the iphone, and become less appealing, or being split off into a separate company, and probably going extinct. Not saying that are the only two sensible outcomes, but shareholders and bonus vying execs always want to stir things up, so may choose one of these two easy paths for short-term profit, and there's no turning back.

The correlation is there, though. Many think highly of Heidegger, whose only achievement is wrapping a mix of trivialities and utter nonsense in an impregnable newspeak. Or look at Derrida, who tried to outdo Heidegger. Instant success.

Veering off a bit more: books written in 1896 may not be readable any longer. Not because the ink faded, or the paper got stuck, but because the spelling and vocabulary changed, or the type font has been relegated to the dust bin (think Fraktur).

It may sound a bit silly, but it's also a reminder that even these "monolithic" sites are built upon knowledge of others.

Normal keyboards have staggered rows. This design doesn't seem to permit that.

Well, some of that actually is common among the Protestants in Western Europe. The belief is that God will punish you for doing bad (quite common in many religions), and therefore that your are faithful if you're doing well. These were not the persecuted minorities that fled to the USA, but dressing greed as piety did cross the pond.

So national interest doesn't exist? It's all at the whim of a demented money grabber, just because a small majority of the voters (if there really was a majority) got riled up?

An insane take. If you could read, ypu would have understood I'm not in favor of dictatorship nor censorship. Nor am I part of any echo chamber. Thou doth project too much, methinks.
