It looks nicer. What you’re suggesting has either a brick attached on the back and/or at least two cables (but probably more).

My first bike! It was an absolute cop magnet because it always sounded like you were speeding.

I think many people believe their streaming use will only pay artists who they listen to, not realizing the streaming service actually pays artists based upon overall listener numbers (or possibly pre-negotiated amounts).

So, in the old days you would "support (a) local artist" by buying their album and now people probably think they are supporting them by listening to them on spotify/whatever but they really are not. Your streaming dollars are almost entirely going to Rihanna and every other big artist even if you don't listen to a single song by them.

Leaded is slowly going away, but regulation means these changes take many, many years and dollars to implement and test.

It will be similar (worse?) implementing a new type of fuel for commercial jets, especially when it comes to wide adoption across a majority of countries around the world. Basically you need something which is as least as reliable, clean (I.e., won’t clog/solidify), non corrosive, etc. and remain that way after being mixed with standard jet fuel.

I too want to see alternatives but expect to see more failures than success at this stage.

I hope after this case that it becomes common sense to not destroy evidence after it’s been asked for.

Because it’s something else that’s non-standard between providers.

Yes but why not just always use 24h time (or 12h if that’s what you like).

It’s a little strange that a dedicated button would be needed to switch between them, especially when the math to convert between them is so simple.

I bought a relatively inexpensive induction range from LG specifically because it has knobs - a lot of the more expensive ones from other brands were capacitive touch.

Maintenance-induced failures are what it’s called with small aircraft.

You’ll do something to prevent a failure (like, replace an old but functional alternator) but cause an oil leak or engine vibrations because you had to remove the propeller to complete the job.

Sounds like they’re using a treadmill, and yes this is about the most boring way possible to exercise

The risk is that beyond hobbyists technology will stagnate. It’s already much more productive using one or two frameworks over the rest of what’s available, and without training data it won’t be able to advance beyond those current popular frameworks.

If you’re using the same adapter successfully at a supercharger, you have the wrong adapter for AC (level 1/2) charging.

I use it to enable voice control (turn on the coffee machine), quick actions on iOS devices and for the simpler and faster Home ui for basic controls.

It’s also handy in that you get remote access with no extra port forwarding.

Possibly obvious point, water softeners add salt to the water.
