Obviously you are a JavaScript developer. I for one can’t do without it for the sake of writing JavaScript

$200 a month? I buy compute credits as needed and have used maybe $300 in a year

I recently helped my parents buy a Tesla. Shopping the SUVs it was confusing to us comparing the X and the Y. From what we could tell the only major difference between X and Y was the X’s acceleration and top speed which we didn’t care about. Twice the money for X and it just didn’t make any sense at all to even consider buying the X over the Y

The way it’s set up on their website right now, it’s very confusing why anyone would want a model X. It’s double the price of a model Y with very few ostensible improvements other than acceleration and top speed.

Commenting on hacker news is kind of like commenting on /r/askhistorians or asking a question on stackoverflow, it’s a tough crowd, I don’t blame you!
