Short term tourists too. Not everyone has EU style or T-Mobile ONE style roaming.

You talk about a provider like a person.

You can easily listen to webhooks for subscription cancellations, and you can also poll the API for subscription information - ideally both to guarantee consistency (watch+list pattern). Any non-trivial integration would have this. Don't blame end users for your tech #fails.

Even as I point this out I don't seem to understand your attitude, unless it's on behalf some lame shared cpanel hosting providers using some crappy billing software like whmcs - those providers lame everything on the customer.

There is no way this is a genuine submission. I've seen spam/seo bots write better articles than this. Spam

Ah okay, Docker would be a sticking point for me too. Thanks for sharing

Odd that you put this on a the travel laptop and not the desktop, I imagine most OS polygot its the inverse for things like battery life, touchpad drivers, webcam driver. Am curious why not make the switch on desktop? Same semantics? Same dotfiles?

Do you use the same window manager across both linux and openbsd?

Also what's the "much nicer" you refer to.. Please sell me

Most decent (read: non-american) long haul airlines and even some 737 have USB sockets at each seat for charging devices, what effect would this have in the air?

appear.in, does what it says on the tin, no fucking about. Played about with zoom but it was a multi-minute ballache of signup steps and a screen sharing plugin the doesn't work properly on i3wm, I can't even begin to imagine the others if Zoom was mean't to be straight forward.

Not being able to get a power hookup is far from a ridiculous notion. In both Thailand and India big bribes are required to get the utility companies/incumbents to move, or you at the mercy of delays that could stretch for years. In Vashi one company that consults on behalf of some big brand names paid more than the building for the power company to connect them - and this was an IT park of sorts not some remote place.

Many people (self included) I know use it for when their drunk out of their brains on Friday and Saturday evening. Where the fcuk did I go last night? Blackouts are less severe when you can collaborate your steps (~pub crawl, taxi home, what time i get home) with Google Timeline. Tbh, I dont think I've ever used it for anything else

The amount of KYC/AML nonsense you have to go through with Coinbase UK is higher than Monzo/Revolut/Transferwise/Starling, so if you qualify for Coinbase UK card you qualify for any number of better solutions. If you refer to the conversion of crypto to fiat, you simply withdraw to your Monzo or whatever and spend, yes it's an extra click but it beats the embarrassment of card rejected as acceptance of these clown cards is very hit and miss (despite the Visa/MC network backing).

Isn't paysafecard the point-and-click-and-become-a-card-provider of the pay card industry along with Wirecard? Used by loads of dodgy no credit check providers, card providers going bust every other week, apparently its harder to spin up an AWS EC2 instance than it is to become a card provider with these jokers.

At a functional level - No 3DSecure support, unexplained failures, little insight from the vendor into paysafe infrastructure. I'm very surprised Coinbase launched on this mickey mouse platform. It's like launching a clothing brand with cafepress.com as your product provider

Ill stick with Monzo thanks

This is the Vitalik jump request. All the miners immediately ask how high. Centralized in a Slack channel.
