First, it doesn't matter what city council wants to do. They cannot force anyone into an HOA.

Second, it sounds like you are saying they need to run for their HOA to end it and run for city council to tax rich people again so we can pay for basic bare minimum services again. Giving tax breaks for the rich and telling people to form an HOA for garbage collection is not a solution to anything. Vote out the current people who set this nonsense up.

People could vote to weaken HOAs so that people could have a way to leave HOAs when they are not providing value to home owners. We don't have to let corporate owners of residential property or landlords that do not live in their properties have any HOA voting rights. HOAs are currently used by builders to control homeowners.

This should flip to the HOA being used by residents to control builders and landlords. Builders would stop using HOAs if they could not control them, just like it used to be when houses were built just fine without HOAs.

Voting for billionaire conspiracies is more important to a lot of people than voting for themselves.

Except that work would be cheaper to set up and the cost would drop over time if they were using local llms. Every dollar paid to a 3rd party rental service is a dollar that is burned in the fireplace. We are paying more for the right to be stuck paying more forever, it's ridiculous.

Not a discount at all. Every dollar for a rented service is being flushed down the toilet. Industry is moving to local llms, the government should have been ahead of them.

Google is going to be the reddit and discord search tool. It's useless for everything else.

These stories feel like someone purposely doing HR wrong because they hate equality or fairness.

At some point we will be able to scrape the moon for helium or be able to manufacturer it with fusion reactors. None of that currently exists or has a path to exist. It would be a mistake for us to not force collection of that helium today. The oil and gas industry is swimming in cash because of iran. They can afford to collect it.

We should have mandatory recycling for all uses. Every use of helium should have to build recollection into their workflows.

The problem with profit in the tech sector is that they reduced payroll to boost the stock and enrich the single CEO.

They don't have the people. That is why all the big players keep using financing nonsense to buy everyone up. Killing competition is all the monopolists have left.

I recommend anyone to watch the two parter in season 2 for the fall of reach. The entire existence of this show is worth for those two episodes.

Microslop really must think they are irreplaceable.

There a good user or post to look at? X is barely accessible for anything.

Have you tried to see what things an llm suggests for improving or investigated new features? You can spitball with an agent working on the actual code and see where that goes.

Can't anyone customize the source of grapheneOS and simultaneously get a phone that is not trying to disable itself?

AI is local. They need to invest in procuring hardware, which means making it themselves if that is the only way to get a card in every computer that can do the job.

If cloud based AI is any good, they will sell versions that can be hosted locally just like every other service since the beginning of the internet.
