Genuine question: does anyone know what concrete obligations this designation actually imposes? Everyone's arguing about the politics but I haven't seen a clear explanation of what Anthropic is now legally required to do or not do.

Interesting project. What happens when two people file the same bug offline and then push? Does it handle the merge/conflict resolution the same way git handles it for code?
