I have the opposite problem - I live a half hour walk from central Cambridge UK, so results are full of the tourist destinations!

Can recommend: Mash Gang, We Can Be Friends, Erdinger 0% and I actually quite enjoy Peroni 0% on a summer day. I’m also told that Guinness 0% is pretty good - but I’m not a big Guinness drinker.

I like the one where the pelican is using the non-pedalling leg to control the handlebars because its wings won’t reach!

I’ve not come across Swift Salamander - and it looks interesting (even if the homepage has all the hallmarks of an AI landing page design).

Anyone have any experience of it?

If I was going to make a keylogger this is pretty much how I'd do it - no need to sneak an application onto a user's machine to capture keystrokes when they'd willingly install it because it's better than the terrible official software.

I hate Options+ as much as the next guy - but don't have the time / technical knowledge to audit thoroughly enough to establish trust in this.

I'm nearing the replacement point on my current MX Master - so is there a better alternative to Logitech?

Oh yes - exactly this. The way it articulates re-factors in my current project has got so elliptical I've had to start asking it to translate into human speak - it's like it evolves it's own language to talk about the project. I've lost count of the number of times I've asked it to reenforce in memory not to use such verbose comments - and the number of times I ask it to re-look at an assumption it's made for it to return saying "investigation complete. And it's not what either of us was expecting"....

I have a theory that Claude regresses to complexity. It’s trained to mimic existing patterns - so the smallest grain of over-engineering or spaghetti-code is like a mind-virus, gradually infecting all future output and self-amplifying until all is spaghetti.

You say that like it’s an infinitely scalable proposition? It really isn’t.

I always assumed this is triggered by Bluetooth connection to the car?

I tried Hevy based on hacker news recommendations - but I feel like I want more of a steer on what activities I should be doing. Hevy just seems to give me the same set over and over in trainer mode.

The exact same NS10s!

I once worked with a guy mixing TV programmes and live DVDs; I knew he’d been a studio engineer at one point in his career. We were re-arranging our studios one day and as I picked up a pair of NS-10s he casually said “I mixed ‘Total Eclipse of the Heart’ on those…”

Bit puzzled by some of the station data. This train:

https://www.map.signalbox.io/?train=202607066710114&location...

is a train from Cambridge to Kings Cross - and in the side panel it shows it as calling at the new Cambridge South station. But Cambridge South isn't shown on the map. That's kinda understandable (because it opened a week ago), but Cambridge North (which opened in 2017) also isn't shown on the map. Neither are offered in any of the auto-complete dropdowns?

I'm wondering if the station data a static dataset which hasn't been updated in a long time?

Quite. Or differences in the box-model, appending weird symbols to CSS to target specific browsers, adding zoom:1, praying you didn’t have to support IE6….
