Not sure if you can post the full link but what's the /invitecode for the server? I'd actually be interested in joining since I've been interested in this

I was recently looking for a cheap IOT camera in a specific form factor from aliexpress and the results were so irrelevant I had to develop alternative strategies like finding one good result and checking under its recommendations or image searching from the one good result to see other using the same picture.

Since most things I buy from amazon are commodity type items I need quickly and cheaply, my method has been "Prime Only" + "Sort Lowest First". Add on a score minimum filter if the first results are junk.

If you're just looking for something that's all whitelabeled stuff all coming from the same alibaba source, you can just find who's selling the same thing at the cheapest price currently. The prime only label is needed to filter out the stuff with extreme shipping pricing and times selling for $1. Would be much nicer if they could just properly sort everything with shipping included like ebay but whatever.

The results have long been flooded with brands with names like XEZAXFE all selling the exact same thing so it's the fastest and easiest way to find what I'm looking for if it's not brand name (which I wouldn't trust amazon to send me a non-bootleg version of otherwise if I want brand name).

This is about the kind of code allowed in a place to store code. Your comparisons are obviously nonsensical in relation to the actual topic at hand. If you're a part of the transit community, they have plenty to say about car dependence and its ethics. If you're a part of the fashion community, they have loads to say on fast fashion and its ethics. The list goes on and on. For all them it seems totally reasonable for them to have their own ethical lines within their relevant spaces and communities. But it should be pretty obvious that none them have anything at all to do with Codeberg, or the general discussion of ethics at hand here. I don't see how you have any ability to claim what causes are issues someone cares about or prioritize based on them raising an issue relevant to the actual subject matter.

Agreed, I was shocked to see a second person saying that RDR2 is movie not a game and the gameplays the weakest part, which was confusing to me as someone who spent a LOT more time enjoying the game than touching the main story and cinematics, and know people personally in the same boat, but then I realized I was about to just reply to the same guy with the same take under another post about gaming and not a super common reoccuring opinion haha

Does anyone know some of the rebinded controls? The main menu doesn't show them and I can't figure out how to reopen the menu during gameplay or any using the bindings that are usually set to the function keys. The page doesn't seem to have any info included like that kind of thing.

Edit 1: crouch is bound to C according to the blog post, but that's the only one mentioned. Edit 2: You can use key_listboundkeys from console. Also can just open the menu with `

I guess I shouldn't be surprised at all given how different people's tastes and preferences are, but I couldn't feel any less in agreement. RDR2 was an incredible experience I still haven't come close to completing purely due t my enjoyment of the immersive content you're deriding. It's not a perfect games by any means but the amount of awe I get from the systems in the game and the immersion it gives me is enough to have me extremely excited for GTA 6 as someone who was previously extremely skeptical of it living up to anywhere near its hype.

> lacks support for "new" features like C99 compatibility

This made me laugh. It reminded me of course work I did in university that was clearly written many years before I took the course as it recommended we manually enable the "new" c99 standard in our compiler, which I guess survived in the documentation up through when I took the course, at which point it was still relevant since GCC was otherwise defaulting to C11 by the time I was using it.

Many thanks for sharing, I'll have to check it out this weekend. Do you have much hands on with it? Curious how much fiddling is required when using it. Haven't had a chance to run OP's either but my dream is to find something that's as intuitive to use as the older games. Even modern karaoke software you'll get at karaoke bar usually requires me or my wife to operate it for the entire rest of the group with how complicated everything is haha.

We have notifications set up at my job for criticals and I quickly have learned how many 10.0 CVE's are related to random IoT devices that I can't even find via google.

My wife is a huge karaoke fan. I'm especially interested in the pitch scoring since we usually play the karaoke games on older consoles for that exact feature. Nobody really makes games like that anymore without a subscription (and most of these good modern karaoke platforms are exclusive to east asia anyways). If this works well this could make for some really fun social events, looking forward to trying this.

The bag weight sensors was something I was very happy to see go away. I hated self checkouts for years because it was a miserable experience of it freezing every third item and requiring someone to come get it working again. I only realized this tech had changed when COVID forced me to try self checkout again and it was suddenly a very pleasant experience, though one I have to imagine causes a lot of shrink for stores.
