I started a new job recently, and used ChatGPT tons to learn how to use the new tools: python, opencv, fastapi. I had questions that were too complex for a web search, which ChatGPT answered very coherently! I found it a very good tool to use alongside web search, documentation, and trawling through Stack Overflow.

I'm going through a breakup right now and really enjoying posts like this. Interesting, funny, accessible. The Grug Brained Developer also really hit the spot. Any other recommendations in this vein? Thanks!

This reminds me of Jacques Tati's wonderful film, Mon Oncle (1958). There's a residential house with many similarities to the Nakagin Capsule Tower, and it has so much personality that it's almost a character in itself. Tati gets as much comedy out of its silly, "forward-looking" design as he can, and he contrasts it excellently with an equally ridiculous old house in the centre of the village.
