gtfo of here with the Kirk BS, he was an awful person. Many in the USA cheer for literal wars, and you're tied up with Kirk. Tiny brain.

100%. I was on reddit 15+ years, mostly participating in a few niche subs, and got site-wide banned for making threatening comments after mods failed to keep political BS out. Ha! Far worse things have been said by talking heads on crappy cable TV news shows (you Faux). My appeal went into a black hole.

I tried making another account, and you are right, it got banned a few days later. Tried once again after learning how they do persistent bans and found they let me keep posting, but after 3 days my post views always stayed at 1... in others words they didn't "ban" me but my comments were clearly no longer visible to anyone else, and I haven't been back since. What a joke of a company.

This is the opinion of someone with very low moral character.

Take note Republicans (which I'm doubting many even care anymore), your party thinks short term profits for a few are more important than science and the environment for all.

The USA became a full-fledged oligarchy right around the time conservatives pushed "Citizens United" on us. We were already headed that way for a while, but it really sealed the deal.

Not enough.

Wait a gosh darn second... I was told, by our president no less, that only California had a housing crisis, and it was specifically caused by democrats. Is this the fake news I hear about?

Color me shocked... one of the most profitable companies in the world, that doesn't contribute anything positive to society, is unethical. Just another day in America that ends in Y.

It's the biggest most beautiful deficit ever. If the democrats were in charge they would have spent far more on sex changes for kids, it's the TRUTH!

Yup, integrity doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is how many dollars you have in your bank account to buy influence!

Insane these awards are going mostly to executives, Musk getting it for engineering sciences is a slap in the face to anyone that previously received the award.

100%. A few months ago I walked away from a 5-year job in biotech programming a manufacturing execution system because I couldn't take interfacing with people thru a screen anymore. My boss was a chemist with an MBA, knew little about what I did, just how I had to follow regulations. I was so silo'd it was boring and lonely. The only highlight was working with the low-paid production staff on how to understand and improve their processes.

You got that exactly backward. Modern republicans are the ones that get the most in corporate PAC money, at the high end it's like 60/40% split... the majority to the GOP. Also, the fact that modern republicans brought Citizens United and just earlier this year NRSC v. FEC.

You really can't make a valid case to say the dems are the corporate dominated party. ffs, they are the only ones even attempting to put common sense regulations on the financial industry, something Trump called "bad for business" when he undid antitrust legislature that got passed under Biden.
