I mean this specific example seems like a far cry from how horrible the Orban regime was. It’s basically ultra-conservative posturing. And Magyar being super conservative was known ahead of the vote. Granted I am no expert in Hungarian politics, but from this single example it seems a bit intense to call him Orban 2.0.

And I also don’t think you can compare Magyar pre- and post election to the new Serbian elected government at all. But I do agree actually producing enough noticeable change until the next election will be hard for both. It just takes time to unfuck countries.

Just fyi, i switched to span-02 on openrouter as well since it’s 10x cheaper than mammoth and it’s performing just as well for me, if not better because it’s noticably faster! So thanks for the recommendation.

This is so embarrassing. OCI images could have easily been prepared to be ready for the announcement.

I wonder if the Roadster can seriously compete with the McMurtry Spéirling Pure. It’s lightweight and has crazy active aero. The Roadster has the thrusters, but I can’t imagine those lasting long if the race is long enough. (i understand it “refuels”, but I can’t imagine that being quick or energy efficient).

Do you have sensory issues with specific fabrics as well? I have the same issues with long sleeves and it’s made much worse when it’s polyester. I can tolerate loose long sleeved cotton/linen pants much better.

I am exactly the same way. This year I had to attend a wedding during the heat wave in Germany (no AC anywhere). It was a sensory nightmare. Other guests seemed to just tank it or even somehow enjoy the weather…

The autistic community embraces self-diagnosis for lots of reasons (off the top of my head):

- it can be hard for autistic people to even go see a specialist - lots of autistic people have traumas related to being diagnosed wrongly and receiving bad treatment as a result

Yeah I would love this form factor with Linux drivers…

I think what they are suggesting is that this would replace playwright/cypress in favor of stagehand+test runner (like vitest or whatever you are already using)

Sweet. It’s kinda wild to me that this hasn’t been done. Would be so much nicer if gitlab/forgejo/gitea/… supported object storage for everything. Currently you always still need a filesystem for git repos.

Vite 8 with rolldown is plenty fast and usually not the bottleneck, is it?
