More testing is better, so far! I'm using the same red-green-refactor TDD idea, and having Claude use Superpowers code review and running Coderabbit CLI on it all before pushing to CI/CD, which also runs a series of tests (mostly security ones). Someone else posted that whenever something broke they would ask 'Why was it built that way?' to try to have the bot fix it's own coding patterns.. as well as adding a regression test to ensure it did not happen again. I also have it do dry-runs and then do live on one item before batching. Catches a lot of things! Oh, and insist that it RTFM's the API if you're using one.

Pandoc is awesome for this: `pandoc input.docx -o output.md` There's more you can do, with style sheets and so on, which you will likely have to dig into for the tables and multiple columns to come out the way you want. You can also extract media files from inside a docx file: `pandoc --extract-media=. input.docx -o output.md`

Both are bad IMHO .. a senior human analyst who accepts a 2 sentence product description? What kind of weird reality is that coming from? I’ve had a client do that too, but it’s the analysts job to ask all the point follow-up questions so they end up with a proper requirements list. That ends up being multiple pages long.. feed that to the AI! I agree the AI as stated above has a bigger coverage, but it’s not doing a better job, it’s being just as lazy and adding a ton of filler to a lousy prompt. Yeah, this set me off. Great topic! Looking forward to reading the discussion. :)

Hey, if you would be so kind as to fix all the PDF links to engineering details on your site as well as linking to the patent.. you might get responses.

Can you share some of these protocols? I’m curious as to how I should approach these same issues!

I like to think of it as “we didn’t fall out of the trees all that long ago, in evolutionary terms!”

You can get an RSS feed from https://bookfeed.io with authors you want to track. Been using it for years at this point :-)

I find that doing a FaceTime audio call and having them answer on the device.. the requesting screen sharing makes it work every time.

If you do a FaceTime video call they can screen share from inside the call.. but it’s more steps for them.

Ethernet and rsync… or an app like Superduper.
