I disagree if only for the fact that people will get lonely working by themselves and working with a team (even if small) is something most people want, even if they think otherwise.

Inbound message AI assistant. Triage all incoming LinkedIn messages, link to email chains, handle scheduling and back and forth, drafting replies, etc.

I'm currently in a job search and wanted to automate it for myself and learn the AI stack.

If anyone wants to try it out lmk!

This is just so negative. How will it destroy your life?

There are so many great and useful things it can and will do to improve humanity.

I'm working on an AI tool for organizing a job search. Integrates LinkedIn messaging, email, and calendar. Automates the tedious stuff.

I was troubleshooting a prod proxysql and it spun up a docker container locally, installed MySQL and proxysql and proceeded to implement its own test plan.

There are actually a lot of new startups coming out with agentic workflows, and they're probably moving fast. But to your point, there's probably still a lot of friction that keeps the average person/dev from launching new companies.

Starting to work on a mobile app that gamifies exposure therapy. Helps you progress every day. No demo yet but hopefully soon :)

In comp packages you also want to look for the exercise window clause. Some companies say you have to exercise your options within 90 days from leaving but I’ve worked at a startup where it was 5 years which is more employee friendly.
