Oh and also:

>Our models produced a natural language proof for Yang–Mills existence on September 9th, 2026

And presumably they are just missing the "mass gap" part of it.

Very clearly these were the results of taking big swings at all millenium prize problems.

So you'll be shorting the stock, I take it?

Might as well just say "I want to control what other people do with their private property"

You can literally connect your Garmin to your computer via USB and drag-and-drop the raw activity files and analyze them if you want. Works totally fine. But Garmin's cloud sync is convenient and cloud processing adds data like elevation (by cross-matching GPS to topo data).

It's pretty dumb! I want the best software and the best hardware, no matter where it's made. Outside of extremely niche situations (e.g. military hardware) international trade is a positive good for all those involved. If you sleep on mattress from China, wear clothes from Vietnam, drink coffee from Ethiopia, eat food from Mexico, and use software from the United States, everyone involved in all of those countries wins: you win because you get the best product, and the companies win because they are financially rewarded for making the best product -- not for their postal address. C'mon people, this is basic economics.

But have you formalized every single one of your results? And if you haven't what odds would you put on one of them not working out, if formalized?

Based on the other posts it sounds like the point is to feed it into the maw of AI generated art engines

Indeed. How many scientists understand how a compiler works? Or know about branch prediction on the CPU? If they do, do they lose sleep because it's non-deterministic? I don't. Seems fine.

> You don't study mathematics or computer science and information theory to produce commodities. You study them to transform your mind.

As a taxpayer I do not fund CS and math research because it "transforms minds." I fund it because it produces commodities. If you want to transform your mind, whether through math or meditation retreats, you are free to do so, but don't expect research funding to do it.

Because a refereed Science or Nature paper would show up in late 2027 or early 2028?

So, what are the odds this was done with an open-weight LLM?

Sounds like a great opportunity for an OBSERVE-SHABBAT.md agent skill, no?
