Organizing groups that offer support and counceling for any victim of the regime. Boycotts etc. But most importantly: start 40 years ago and don't let the country become this way.

What are you trying to say? That the poor poor citizens' hands are tied? That they simply have to watch from the sidelines while their dear leader does its best zo sow ruin and carnage?
