I thoroughly enjoyed this read. As it states at the beginning: rbac is necessary, yet not sexy. I don't use infiscal, yet this post was quite a good insight. Thanks for sharing it!

I had never seen his channel and immediately loved it! Awesome stuff!

This thread is a beautiful intro into our near future. Yet more and more custom coded software. Takes me back to the days of late 90s. Loving this!

I love this take. Thanks for sharing it. Puts into words why sometimes I can spend a lot of time thinking about how to improve a system: trying to save future effort.

Feed that comment into an ai (claude suggested). Let it know what you have, and just work out a "numbered list roadmap". Love ais for that!

I always remember the cool falling bodies animation Animats had in /.

Thank you to Mr Greg Newby for this project. RIP

This is actually a ... solid idea upon short consideration!

I like it! Thank you for posting it: I hadn't seen it before.

Honestly, this is a great way of putting it.

Hello! Any thoughts on integrating with Nextcloud?

No they are not. They are saying exactly: "You may not use any of Mozilla’s services to[...]Upload, download, transmit, display, or grant access to content that includes graphic depictions of sexuality or violence"

Quite good read. I'm going to print this out.

Didn't Uber have something similar happen? Ran over a woman in Phoenix?

Hell no in Firefox. To change the setting on Firefox it is burried at the bottom of another bottom.

I'm a 99% Firefox user.

Nice!

I would suggest Nextcloud for google drive slash microsoft onedrive alternative.

I have been using in production for years, and it has been awesome.

Note sure about licensing.

Another is Proxmox. It is freemium, yet solid.
