I would really like Air to be closer to an agent / terminal multiplexer like CMUX / WMUX: I would for example like to be able to basically type "claude" or "codex" to launch my harness with the CLI args I need. The fact this requires dedicated API keys from the LLM providers makes it a no go at both home and work.

I did the tutorial, it was good, I think that what would help is maybe have the arrows where people need to look at have some animation, e.g., pulsating scale or colour, something elegant but hard to miss, took a little bit at times to find them.

The video could be a shorter, some of the goofiness might not please the most pressed people but that is also what makes it fresh and stand out.

Modo was also really good, ahead of its time in many respects. Excellent UX, the material system was quite good, especially for rapid prototyping.
