The difference here is that they defrauded the investor class.

Even better would be if the draft were written _first_ by a human, then edited in collaboration with AI.

Amazing. Is there a reason why GME (Gamestop) isn't on there?

My hope is that Apple getting in on this design will influence eBook makers to jump on the bandwagon.

I wear Phonak CI processors. It's not just you. I've also experienced the volume drop on a few sites and apps. The Amazon iOS app does this. Each time I leave the app, ambient audio returns to normal.

I ran a similar personal project where weekly I scraped a country's news stories across curated sources using Brave News API and used an LLM to dedupe and cluster stories. This got expensive fast, so I'm wondering what your approach is to keep costs down across what I imagine is a lot of volume, i.e., one months' worth of stories across several sources.

If you're on iOS, you're out of luck. FF extensions aren't supported.

Thankfully, old.reddit.com as a default option still works.

The kicker is that the text is so small and to make the site usable (and readable) you need to rotate your phone to landscape mode.

This works well enough that I haven't downloaded the reddit mobile app or used their mobile site ever since they killed Apollo.

> Any proposed link between any antichrists and the book of Revelation was created in the past few hundred years.

Actually, the idea of an end times Antichrist has been around for much of Christianity's history.

Irenaeus of Lyon synthesized the beast of Revelation (which is what most people conflate with "The Antichrist"), Daniel's imagery, and Paul's "man of lawlessness" (2 Thess. 2) into a composite end-times figure back around 180 CE in his work "Against Heresies". Additionally, Hippolytus of Rome also wrote an entire treatise, "On Christ and Antichrist", back in early 200 CE, that also explored that relevant symbolism in the Old and New Testaments.

For context, both Irenaeus and Hippolytus are considered among the most important of the early Church Fathers.

> If Udemy's pitch were “Learn X as Taught by Notable People in the Field,”

MasterClass already is like this, but the content doesn't go as deep as it could to really teach learners.

> Most of my experience in a car is digital

What do you mean? My experience in a budget car from the early 2010s is entirely the opposite, so I don't understand fully.

Advanced Bionics used to provide backups, but appear to have scrapped that program in favor of an exchange.

And don't get me wrong, I'm grateful for the technology. For example, I can now hear hummingbirds and squirrels chirping. Speech in noise also makes it a lot easier to hear in noisy environments.

> Have you tried the non-over-the-ear cochlear devices?

No, I have not, but from what I've heard, the sound processing isn't as strong because with the BTE (Behind the ear) models, the microphone is unobstructed and can pick up sound coming from the front. With the all-in-one devices, the microphone sits slightly behind the head and has a horizon (and hair) obstructing the audio.

If I'm wrong and the sound processing is actually decent, I'll be willing to give it a shot provided my insurer decides to carry Med-El.
