Yes, looking at mathematicians, It's remarkable how such smart people can behave so stupidly. Looks like intelligence is overrated.

Not having known her before, I found this particular interview quite reasonable.

We'll need a lot of mathematicians to understand all that output. I'm not worried.

Sugar is a drug and this whole discussion beats around the bush.

Most importantly for A) is dropping sugar. Calorie restriction doesn't have to mean being hungry all the time. First drop sugar, you'll be hungry all the time until the withdrawal subsides, then eat at a slight calorie deficit. It doesn't feel different than a slight calorie surplus at this point. I do that and I am in complete control over my weight. This whole discussion seems totally misguided to me.

Yes, and if you are doing business with American companies, look for alternatives. The people should re-realize the power of a general boycott.

I think you are doing much better with an optiplex 3050 micro and libreboot. Android with it's locked down bootloader and outdated kernels is a dead platform. You are fighting Google's control at every step. Sad, the US used to be all about freedom...

How do you do the review cycles? Is this some automated feature of your harness? Do you have a generic prompt for this or ask 27B yourself?

Nah, you watch too many movies, they openly hired former asml employees.

Who said we stopped evolving? Evolution is slow cause we are many. Another garbage clickbait press release that butchers the science.

Here's my hot take. Bush, Clinton, Obama, were all liars. Trump is actually the most honest president I experienced. Partly cause he is so bad at lying, but also cause he wants people to like him. People knew what they were voting for, he did not hide his idiocy.

We won't progress if we don't fix the mistakes that led to where we are. It's not just "Trump bad".

Chemistry is very empirical. While we today can explain nearly everything from physics, you still always have check how things will work in experiment, unlike in physic where you often can calculate the outcome of experiments very precisely from first principles.

To not have to resort to rote memorization you first have to have the interest. That way you accumulate the knowledge over time, then the patterns feel logical at some point. The logic isn't very precise, maybe that's where you have problems? Some molecules are similar in some molecules in this regard and other molecules in another regard. You will get a feel how stuff behaves. You certainly have a lot of chemistry knowledge you are not aware of.

For example, I'm sure you have a good intuition how things burn and you probably know the basics of why it burns. The invisible oxygen in the air is the main chemical insight to explain why stuff burns. You can explain the whole process to whatever detail you like with physics, but many chemists lack the math and physics knowledge to do much of that.

Thanks for thinking this though and writing it down. There also still no proof of no tampering unless the agent is external and publishes right away. So maybe you could have a service that generates these, but then again, the service could just sign the logs.
Comment · 3 months ago
Yeah, if you edit the log you could make a new chain when you fully control the chain. And if you send the log to someone else, they can hash it themselves to see if you tamper with it later. I don't get it too. What is the chain good for?
